General Terms & Condition
Prior to commencing work at project/retainer agreement must be completed.
Hourly rate our round off to the nearest minutes. Any substantial changes to original quote will be discussed with you in advance.
Rush/priority assignments will be subject to a surcharge.
Some projects may require a deposit up to 50% in advance of the quote.
Payment is due upon receipts of invoice.
There are no refunds or credit on unused retainer’s hours. Any additional hours are subject to normal hourly rate base on the service.
We accept the following major credit cards VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We accept checks and USPS money orders.
A sign proposal/project/retainer agreement must be completed prior to com commencing work.
Any out-of-pocket expenses exceeding $25 will be invoice at the time of purchase and due upon receipt.
Estimate turnaround time depending on the project 24 to 48 hours (not including weekends and holidays). Some project may require additional time.
Client will receive 30 minute meeting time to discuss project, after that meeting with client to discuss or review project will be considered billable time.

Fees for work beyond the scope of the proposal will be bill at the rate of $30.00 per hour.

Client will be responsible for final proof of all projects. Any errors found after sign off and print run, client will be responsible for reprint charges.
